This is what I observe. Hell, this is what everyone observes. But just in case there is anyone out there who doesn't know - British council housing and estates tend to be:
- poorly-built
- ugly
- crime-ridden
Oh, but it would be all right if only they'd spend some more money on it. It's not a matter of money
